WarpDrive, operated by Daphnis Distribution Group LLC DBA WarpDrive (“WarpDrive,” “we,” “us”), provides weekly and monthly vehicle rentals in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with automatic rent payments, and a managed platform for vehicle owners. Every application is reviewed by our team, and vehicles are matched by us rather than browsed and booked online.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and be legally eligible to drive with a valid license to rent a vehicle. We may decline or close accounts at our discretion, subject to the terms of any active rental agreement.

Each rental is governed by a signed rental agreement that controls its specific terms — rates, deposit, late fees, vehicle condition, telematics, insurance, and termination. If these Terms conflict with a signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls for that rental. Vehicle owners who list vehicles with us are governed by a signed fleet-management contract.

Rent is billed per invoice with automatic payment on the due date using your saved payment method, processed by Stripe. Late payments accrue fees as set out in your rental agreement. ACH payments may take several days to settle and show as processing until they do.

WarpDrive account notifications is a text-message program that sends invoice reminders, payment receipts, failed-payment notices, login verification codes, and operational vehicle alerts.

You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box when creating an account or accepting a rental invitation. Consent is optional and is not a condition of renting or of any purchase. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@warpdriverentals.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information; mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to misuse the service — including providing false information, circumventing verification, interfering with the platform’s operation, or using a rented vehicle in violation of your rental agreement or applicable law.

The website and portal are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarpDrive disclaims implied warranties regarding the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability relating to a rental is governed by the signed rental agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes arising from these Terms is Dallas County, Texas, unless your rental agreement provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email.
