WarpDrive is a vehicle-rental service operated by Daphnis Distribution Group LLC DBA WarpDrive (“WarpDrive,” “we,” “us”), based in Dallas, Texas. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use warpdriverentals.com and our rental services.

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account or accept a rental invitation.

Verification information: driver’s license details and related documents you provide so we can verify eligibility to rent.

Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store references to your payment methods and transaction history, not full card or bank numbers.

Vehicle data: for vehicles equipped with telematics, we collect data such as odometer, battery/fuel level, and location as described in your rental agreement. Location history is retained only for a limited period and then purged.

Usage information: log data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and IP address.

We use this information to operate the rental service: verifying renters, matching vehicles, executing rental agreements, billing and collecting payments, sending account notifications, maintaining vehicle safety and security, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the service — payment processing (Stripe), electronic signatures, email delivery, text-message delivery, vehicle telematics, and hosting — and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services necessary to deliver messages to you.

If you opt in to text messages, we send account notifications such as invoice reminders, payment receipts, failed-payment notices, verification codes, and operational vehicle alerts. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of renting. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We retain account and financial records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations. Vehicle location history is purged on a fixed schedule. We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

You can update your account information in the portal, opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we must keep by law).
